The mill was five stories high and was located on the south side of West Erie Street, extending to the Erie Railroad. The company manufactured roller-process flour and had a capacity of 175 barrels every twenty-four hours. In 1901, it was sold to Frank Brothers, and it became a cereal mill. In 1903 it burned to the ground, but the smoke stack (visible on the right) was not razed until 1917.
